1) Builder & 2) Entry Level Woodworker

At KC Custom Hardwoods we build custom tables.  As a builder on our team you will be responsible for translating our spec sheets into reality.

You will: Surface slabs, trim them to size, handle glue ups, butterfly joints, prep them for the epoxy team, and other custom project related tasks.

This is a physically demanding job.  You will be expected to handle large, heavy pieces of lumber efficiently and lift up to 100 lbs daily.

You will be expected to: Act as a team player, have strong communication skills, and be driven to produce the highest quality tables on the market.

We run a full woodshop and you will be expected to learn all of the machines, including: woodwizz, widebelt sanders, planer, jointer, domino, track saw, tablesaw, slide saw, router, chain saw, bandsaw and others.

Experience building tables and/or cabinets is required to be considered for this position.

Experience running a CNC is a plus.

At KC Custom Hardwoods we build custom tables.  As an entry level woodworker on our team you will be responsible for working in each stage of the production process as-needed based on the production goals of the week.

On a given day you may be asked to: help surface lumber, fill cracks/voids with epoxy, sand tables, assist with the finishing process, go on deliveries, and generally help out where needed.

You will be expected to: Act as a team player, have strong communication skills, and be driven to produce the highest quality tables on the market.

Woodworking experience is preferred but not required.
